Just wanted to say hi. I'm a longtime opiate user who has recently quit with suboxone. Currently on day 3 and feel good and going to keep going ahead with a sober life. :D

Hey Stakzz welcome to the forum!

Congrats on ur new found freedom :)
Isn't it pretty awesome to wake up and not be sick and enduring awful cravings? That's definitely what I remember from those first weeks. I honestly couldn't believe it because I'd tried everything and nothing had really helped me, so by the time I entered suboxone treatment I had zero faith that anything would ever change. I was so wrong and I'm so glad I was. It's really kinda unexplainable unless you've been through it.

This forum is full of ppl supporting each other through all different kinds of situations. You'll fit right in :)

Hi Stakzz, Welcome! You will find so much information here, but more importantly, we are a group of strong and wonderful people who have come through some of the darkest times of our lives with determination and strength! Most here want to learn about how we got to where we were and how to take the right steps to not go back! So, take some time to read through any forum that looks interesting to you, don't be afraid to ask any questions...they will all be answered! And almost always, with kindness and compassion!
