I managed to get a dose smaller than 1mg, it was a 0.4 mg tablet and i dosed about 3-4 times than woke up one day and deciced not to dose. I almost allowed myself to taper down further but unfortunately this would have been complicated. I have not taken subutex for 5 days now and have to dedicate myself everyday. Straight away i got restless leg syndrome and had to get up (practice good sleep hygeine) and walk,walk,walk,walk,walk...

Hot showers helped me with rls. It might come back after while when you get out, but at least you can take a time out while in the shower.
Something i never tryed during my detox was footbath`s , fill up a bucket with hot water and stick your feets into it, i could imagine that it might help. Allso, try excersize instead of walking. Just jump on the spot or something as long as you can, it repays you with some relief.
If i remember right i dont think i had huge problems with RLS the second week after quitting - so you might feel better in that regard soon:)
I hope the best for you:)

I had RLS too, I likened it to plugging my legs into an electrical socket!

I found that a few minutes on our eliptical machine helped keep them at bay for up to 2.5 hours. BTW, those few minutes on the eliptical machine included me running my butt off, I mean I was pooped when I got off.

Like filur11, my RLS really didn't last long at all....hopefully yours will go away quickly too.
