This is a really strange question but does anyone think it matters if you does right after you brush your teeth? As far as absorption goes? Or how about drinking a lot of coffee?? That what I do in the morning. I get up and drink about a cup and a half of coffee, brush my teeth and then take my dose. I think I read somewhere about the temp. of your mouth affecting your absorption. Anyway, I'm just curious. thanks!!

Hmmm, good question. As long as you don't put it in RIGHT after you sip your coffee when your mouth is too hot I would think it would be ok. I always wait to brush till after I take it cause I hate the orange crap on my teeth and it makes my teeth very sensitive.

Hey Roby,

I actually prefer to dose after I brush my teeth and use some mouthwash. I find that it helps to dry out my mouth a little, so that I can keep the pill in the paste form, and not get a mouth full of spit (gross....I know). However, I have noticed that I can't dose immediately after I brush because I can't taste the pill (which may be a good thing), but this makes it hard to figure out if it is dissolving correctly, since I keep it in my mouth until the taste is mostly gone....man, this would sound weird to someone who didn't know what we were talking about

So, I brush my teeth, wait about 5-10 minutes, then dose.

As far as the coffee thing, I agree with RTL, I don't think it would hurt anything, as long as it works for you....a lot of this is individual preference anyway.
