I have tried every method possible for best absorbsion and to use the smallest amount that will hold you . Also to not waste the Sub . I take a 2 mg piece and powder it . Then I lick the tip of my finger and touch it to the powder , then with one stroke ' paint ' it on the under side of my tonque . I started out WASTEING ( by swallowing ) it , before I got this method down pat . I was takeing 2 mgs a day . I found that I got the same effect with 2 mgs powdered as I got with 6 mgs under the tonque !! It may take a little longer because you need to make about 4 - 5 applications with the powder to not swallow any substancial amount . Any time you swallow the Sub. , you are WASTEING it . You can also judge your dose WAY better . And tapering is much more accurate . Why do you want to waste it ? You are throwing your money away every time you swallow some .

I powder mine and mix it with water. Then I measure it out with an oral syringe. Easy enough and I only have to mix it up once every 10 days.

I made it down to .5mgs this way with very little withdrawal. It's pretty cool to make an 8mg pill last for like 3 weeks too. The low dose seems to be holding me pretty well. Sub is a strong drug.
