Hi Attics,

I was so sorry to read your latest update. I feel terrible that you are having a tough time right now. I doubt it's any consolation but from what I've read, most people go through this. I definitely think you should try something to help with the depression if it's giving you this much trouble. I don't have experience with any of these meds but one of my good friends went through a lot of them and finally settled on lexapro. She says good things about it. I hope you can find something fairly easy to help get you out of this funk.

Please keep us posted.

The song I referred to above is called Sometimes Salvation - the black crowes.

Anxiety--- day 5. In church, if hit me. Hard. And then lowered. It comes and goes. And can be debilitating. Get to a gym. Put some headphones on and zone out. Funny- eminem has a new song called Stronger than I Was. It has a double entendre to it.
