Hey everyone just updating so people tapering can see my story...it is now day 6 from jumping from around 1.5 mg and its been tough. physically the only symptoms i have are a little bit of RLS and off and on stomach problems. i have not been eble to eat much all week although since yesterday i have been eating a little bit more. i have actually managed to sleep alot with the help of ambien and clonidine and if my body starts to feel real bad hot baths work wonders. tomorrow will be one week! i know the despression and anxiety should start decreasing sometime soon!

thank god for this site, it really helps getting encouragement from people and i wish luck to all of those who are tapering...we can all do this!

Thank you for posting your story. So many others have had such a rough time with w/d's that reading your experience has given me some hope. 1.5mgs is a fairly high dose and I am surprised you didn't suffer more. Really glad you didn't. Maybe I'll do okay too although I will taper down as low as possible before jumping off.

Congratulations and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
