First line of defense is usually hot baths or showers. Even though it seems counter intuitive exercising every day can help too.

Did your doctor give you any medication to help you through this time? From your symptoms I would guess that clonidine and gabapentin could work well for you.

Don't forget that the tougher symptoms have peaked and you should start feeling incrementally better soon.

Good luck!

Amy

Hey Dew sorry ur feeling bad but things will start looking up soon hopefully.

How slow of a taper did u do? And hopefully u have some type of comfort meds like Amy mentioned. Reading around in the Stopping Suboxone section will also help u because others are going through what u are. At the stage u are, some report not having a lot of energy or their sleep is the last to return to normal too.
