Hi all,
So as I said I'm five days clean today and bar the little, if any, sleep it has been pretty tolerable. The first 2 days were pretty hard, but reading other peoples experiences with the w/d on this forum really has helped me. I just want to thank all who post on this forum..your words of encouragement and your advice has been invaluable. It really helps me when I feel alone in this struggle, but I'm not, and thanks to this forum none of us are alone with our trials with methadone or suboxone...
Good luck to all and thanks again

Keep up the good work LaDyL, sounds like you have this thing beat. YOU ARE strong and YOU CAN get thru this. It may seem tough for you at times, but it is your body telling you that the toxins are passing thru and out of your body. No pain no gain right? I believe that we are much more resiliant than we lead ourselves to believe. Positive thoughts and words will make it better and getting excercize it impearitive. So when the going gets tough the tough gets going..like going for a walk or run, or bike ride, you get the pic, yeah? 2 thumbs up for you... Blessings to you and yours
