Woke up to an orgasm! Thank god. I also woke up to an alarm clock before noon. That is also a great thing for me! Thinks are sure looking up. I am so much happier now than I have been in a long time. Sure, I have my bouts of anxiety and back pain. But each day has been better.

Smile people! I sure am. Ouch, I even have a GOOD cramp today

Hi Poitivej!

Thanks! Depression was the worst the first few days. I do take Lexapro, and just upped my dose a week or so before I quit subs. If you do a search for my posts, you will find my story, but I was on sub for 1 year and 3 months. I think the depression is partly just the thought or anxiety of not having the subs. I was so dependent on them and didn't think I could possibly ever get off.

I also take clonidine, which helped me sleep for the first few days too. Are you on sub or what is your deal? Let me know if you want any other info... Happy to share, hopefully it helps.
