Are you going back and forth between heroin an Suboxone? Your tolerance may be higher than it was in the past. Probably the only way the Sub is going to work is if you take it daily and let it build up in your system. I've heard other people with big heroin habits say it takes days to really start feeling better with the Sub.

Its good to see you posting again,,,,,
I wonder how you are, every once in awhile.

sorry your still having a rough time with this.

of course your tolerance is going to be WAY higher than it was "in the past"
and now, that youve gone back and forth a few times from the suboxone, to heroin,
NOW you KNOW you can take a shot of H, and feel better, so
i dont think your quite "as desperate'' for the ''sub TO WORK""
this time around.
if that makes ANY sense.???????

it's gonna be work, at this point, for sure. . . . . . i did NOT feel all sunshine and smiles, for the first two weeks, on suboxone. it was like 50% of 'regular withdrawl"
but I was SO DESPERATE
and had NO OPTIONS, but for the suboxone to work.

I guess that's all I can come up with, cuz I've already said all the technical stuff, above...............

i do really hope you can take the leap,
and not look back
GOOD LUCK

Inducting to sub in the correct ( proffesionally advised) way you will feel 50% wds for about 3 days + very little sleep. You have to persevere past those 3 days. The time you waited initially has no effect, if u avoided precipitated wds then u waited long enough. You gave up too easily, weve all done it.

The times before when sub gave you total relief, u had a lower tolerance, were nearer the start of your addiction. With a heavier habit/ longer addiction sub will only help relieve wd for first 3 days not eliminate them.

Bringing methadone into it is not at all helpfull, unless you want to use methadone as your substitute, not subs, which is up to you. But they don't mix.

H

I just wanna say that suboxene used to work differently...like a miracle drug...as long as u took it once u had wd symptoms u felt like a million bucks!! They are doing something different now...it takes about 3 days to stabilize on it and feel normal again!! Swim always ends up shooting so.e dope within those 3 days just to help it along & fell better! Subs arent what thry used to be.

So I have over 9 months off of heroin now and turned out that's was doing so much per day 2-3 grams with my girlfriend at the time that there was no easy way out. Subs didn't work like they did in the past where I could just pop 4mg and have no withdrawals. When u play this game long enough and hard enough your gonna have some suffering to do and that's what I did I laid in bed at a detox for 3 straight days didn't eat didn't drink much, didn't sleep much and puked in a bucket laying next to my bed. What a great time let me tell u!! I'm posting this because this email popped up that someone replied to this and I posted this original post in pure desperation.
So maybe this will help the next guy in my shoes. So after 3 days of puking no sleep hell, the du ozone they were giving me finally started to give me the mildest relief. 3 days later I was feeling quite a bit better I could eat cereal sleep a wink and I was up and out of the bed. I did 6 days in the detox total and here I am today still clean from that bullshit. Opiates are evil. Take this for what it is, thanks to everyone who reached out on here during those times, love you all and stay clean! James
