Wow, good for you Mrs. GonnaStop!!!!!

So, you're 8 days out, how are the wd symptoms?

You're recouping from major surgery too, dang, you're tough as nails. I have to agree with you on the "Anything is possible is you believe" statement, so true, so true!

It's funny how you say your hear music like you used to, there have been a bunch of us here lately who have said the exact same thing once they discontinued Suboxone. I don't understand it, but I know it to be true of myself too.

I hope you are able to keep in touch and keep us updated on your progress.

Again, Congratulations on 8 days!!

Today wasn't too bad. I had a major headache when I woke up today- but that went away with tylenol. My anxiety is much better. I can sit and read for extended periods of time instead of running around the house like a fool cleaning, drinking coffee, and smoking like crazy. I am actually reading a book, for pleasure only, for the first time in over 3 years. You may enjoy it- it's called We all Fall Down. Pretty good, about an addict. He is in rehab, or has been many times, but reading it eases my mind a bit. I am sticking with the clonidine. My bp is finally normal. Thank god. Ever since subs I have had high bp. So I guess you can say that everything happens for a reason. Going to go back to work end of next week. I think if things keep going as good as they are, I will be fine.

I also take 6 supplements everyday and am adding 2 more tomorrow-

B12
B6
SAM e
CoQ 10
Magnesium gluconate
Iron

I am adding L-tyrosine and vitamin c tomorrow

Wow what a good pill head I am lol
Ty again- you rock!

RATT and roll
