Hey no_boop, the lethargy does suck. Mine was horrible in my legs. Felt like my legs all of a sudden were weak. Exercising and forcing myself to get up and do things was about the only thing that really helped.....and even still it took a while to clear up.

Karen, it looks like you're taking about .15mg per day. That is a nice low dose, but you could continue to decrease that dose, if you choose. You mention how scared you are to go completely off. Maybe you should just hang out at .15mg for a while?

Good vid, Romeo. "This to shall pass" :)

Its Day 13!

Oh yeah, my legs too. I've been pushing myself a little. Did a 3 mile walk Sat, and rode my bike some yesterday. Didn't ride it far, but climbed a monster, thigh burning, lowest gear hill. I've seen people walking their bikes up it, it's so steep. But anyway, yeah, I believe exercise is the key. Diet is important as well, and some supplementation for awhile; I have the L-Tyrosine and B6 too, per the "Thomas Recipe" for detox, but haven't started taking it. I'm going to try it tomorrow tho, at two week landmark :)

lol! back@ya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCH_drbSA7k

I got out and pedaled the bike, it was great. I'm in SE Michigan, weather is perfect now, 70s with no humidity.
Hit the food co op, loaded up on some eats and kombucha tea. I should make the tea myself, it'd be cheaper.

Because it’s naturally fermented with a living colony of bacteria and yeast, Kombucha is a probiotic beverage. This has a myriad of benefits such as improved digestion, fighting candida (harmful yeast) overgrowth, mental clarity, and mood stability. As such, it’s noted for reducing or eliminating the symptoms of fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, etc.

File comment: I always get a kick out of riding by this place. I don't smoke it myself, THC sends me thru the roof; paranoid, etc. Probably cuz of no tolerance and its so potent these days. It was "red bud" from Mexico that was the thing, when I was a kid.

Listen to me, pain is temporary, bitches!! (love that video) :D

Have you guys checked out the Laughter is the Best Medicine thread here? I think it's in the Misc section, I think it's a sticky? Check it out, there's some hilarious stuff in there. I highly suggest the Missing Missy post. It's pee your pants funny.

Oh yeah, do you remember The Count from Sesame Street? Google search The Count Censored. It's a scream.

Day 15.

Thanks for the recommendations, Romeo. Yesterday, I think it would have made it hurt more to laugh

Man, yesterday was a biatch. Not feeling too hot today either, but I can deal with it. I dunno if its sub withdrawal or I was just sore from all the bike riding; maybe a combo. Plus roads are a mess from neglect and snow plows tearing up roads, and my bike doesn't have any suspension, its a midrange Trek FX road bike. 'Suspension'/shocks actually absorbs energy, so have to work harder to get somewhere. Same with soft tires, just like a car. So I keep them pumped to max capacity. Downside is body absorbs more of the abuse.

That sounded like something Pink Floyd would come up with.

Seeing as you jumped from a bit of a high dose, you're bound to experience the rollercoaster effect of Suboxone wd. Keep hanging in there, the good days will outnumber the bad soon.

It does now that you mention it... without any lyrics.

I'm hanging in fairly good. Thanks for the encouragement. Hasn't been floating on a pink cloud, but at least I haven't had any cravings which is a blessing. Its just been doin' what's is sometimes hard time. But not all bad! And every day is a victory.

Damn, haven't heard that one in ages. Not as prolific as Rush but another good Canuck, trio band...
