The 1mg slip wont set you back, it will just put everything on hold. I slipped 4weeks in and took a piece of a sub and it didnt set me back at all.(jumped from about 3mg per day) BTW benzo withdrawal is very nasty. I was on 4mg of xanax for 3 years and quit a month b4 i jumpd from sub. This was 4 months ago. Im still going through withdrawal from xanax. Please please PLEASE stay away from benzos. God bless
