Just getting up and noticing the progress each day presents is becoming awarding. It is great to say I am 1 day closer to the ultimate goal. Once you can exercise the brain releases feel good chemicals. It is painful at first but you already know what real pain is from prior sickness. I know this will sound cheesy but the grass is greener on the other side, it is unpleasant to feel the pain but to know the hard work has amazing changes in store for the future is a good mindset to drill into your brain, tell yourself you will not lose to this battle and never stop forward progress. I am lucky to have a family that supports me and will help me never lookback. I am just a tough fight away from freedom, Beat Your Personal Demons, you owe it to yourselves.
