docs and patients need very much to no the what is causing mood or w/d like feelings. i think a lot of suboxone is going to waist because of this big problem. me and my doc have worked on this problem before. i'm just saying a lot of issues have
been talked about, and not solved just because of this very reason.

Yeah that's one of the difficult things about being dual-diagnosis (comorbid addiction and mental health issues). It can be incredibly hard to identify the origin of symptoms.

hehe be careful man with that weed. It's not good for people with psych issues (that being said, I've smoked maybe 3 times over the last year so I can't talk).

Hey, Im new but just wanted to chime in. Im on 6mg of sub and 75mg of Effexor. Anyway, ive been having ups and downs. Up being happy, motivated, more energy and just a better sense of well-being. And downs im irriated easily, get angry, depressed and seem to have very mild withdraw a few hrs after my dose. I want to raise my effexor mg but my doctor says thats covering up the problem. It sucks having to deal with addiction and mental health issues!
