OK STILL TRYING TO FIND THE CORRECT MAINTANCE LEVEL FOR ME AND IT JUST AINT WORKIN........ I WAKE UP SICK EVERYNITE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NITE AND MORNING....
LOOKS LIKE I DO NOT ACT WELL WITH THIS MED AND NEED TO COME OFF.
IVE BEEN ON 1 MONTH 2 WEEKS NOW. AT AROUND 12 MGS FROM 6 MGS STARTING..
IF I START MY TAPER NOW HOW LONG TILL I GET OFF AND HOW AM I GONA FEEL WHEN I GET OFF I MEAN CAN I HANDLE THE WITHDRAWL BY MYSELF OR AM I GONA NEED SOME HELP LIKE A HOSPITAL?????????????
PLS LET ME KNOW AND DONT TELL ME ABOUT ARE U READY CRAP I LEARNED MY LESSON AND AM SICK OF BEING FUCKIN SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could try going up to 16mg? I had to after only 6 1/2 years of using. Try tapering down slowly to a max of 2 mg before you jump off. Go at least 5 days at home. Check out my post on what to take during. If you feel you can't do it, gonna relapse or gonna get hurt then check into detox.

Oh and by the way. Be glad your on Suboxone, I went to the hospital a few days into Methadone withdrawal, and the doctor wasn't going to send me to detox he said they considered methadone to be to much of a liability. I had To get on my knees and beg until he called the center and they let me in. Detox will give you meds as well.
