It seems, from what I've gleaned from others' stories, that if you're going to jump off of sub without a good taper, it's almost necessary to be angry at the sub. To get through the withdrawal you kind of need to see sub as the enemy. It's the devil and you're ridding yourself of its demonic control! I think it's totally natural for you to feel this way! Otherwise, you might not have the motivation you need to succeed.

How strange I thought today out of the blue to take a stop by this website.

Remarkably it's now 2 years to the exact date that I stopped taking subs. I had to double check because that's just too weird.

I hope everyone is doing well. I apologize for not having updates sooner, but I just wanted to let everyone know I've been good. Healthy. Happy. Drug free.

For anyone without the passion, that's scared, that thinks it cannot be done. Take solace in the community here. They were my crutch and can be yours too.

Take care everyone,

Love from a free dude.
