So, I'm down to .25mg suboxone a day. I plan to jump from here as soon as I stabilize at this dose. My dr just prescribed a low dose of Ritalin for ADD, and I find this may help with the lack of energy the suboxone w/d comes with. I have immodium for the diarrhea and klonopin for anxiety. As soon as I get stable at this dose, off I go! I would have been on it for 6 months at my highest daily dose of 4mg/day. I'm ready to be off. Will keep you all posted when I jump!

Best wishes, Maya! I'll be watching you with interest as I intend to get down to .25 also before skipping days and jumping. We will all be cheering you on!

Well last night was good til 12am when I woke up with that awful crawling feeling in my legs close to right above my knees----it was awful. I was then up most of the night. I reminded myself that this won't last long---but it is part of it. I hate that feeling so bad it's like bugs are under my skin. Awful. Made it through the night and now am at the gym walking fast---trying to exercise as I know that helps.

Maya, I awoke with the restless legs last night, too. I'm going to buy a heating pad today as I think that might help. Do you have a heating pad? I was craving one about 2 am this morning! :)

Yes, your exercising will help. I admire your attitude...there is no stopping you now!

Thanks Aqua...yeah I have a heating pad and thought about putting it on last night but was too lazy  Tonight though it's all set to go. I hate that feeling it is so creepy and no matter what position you put yourself or legs in it doesn't help. Ugh, kind of dreading sleep tonight! But, I know this lasts at least a few days with normal opiates so it may be longer with the sub....ugh. Oh well, so close now I can't not finish.
