I would imagine you could if you had high blood pressure, but if you don't have high blood pressure, this might concern me a little since presumably both could slow your system down a bit. I would certainly be cautious.

I know of several people who take both clonodine and suboxone safely. I'd make sure your doctor(s) know you are on both of them. Good luck!
