I recently sprained my back while putting my sleeping 5yr old into the car seat. I am currently lowering my milligrams of subutex from 24mg to 8mg. Can I take ibuprofen while doing this?

Absolutely! I take ibuprofen a lot throughout the day because I have sinus headaches and sometimes my back acts up. So yes definitely u can! Any kind of over the counter pain reliever is a-ok :)

Yes, yes you can!! I took it when I had oral surgery in October (oral surgeon knew about my medication) and I take it on and off now for my shoulder pain.

Ditto! The standard dose (on or off buprenorphine) is easy to remember-- 100 mg per hour max. So 600 mg every 6 hours, or 800 mg every 8 hours.

Typically, I never take anything (except suboxone that I'm prescribed). Sinus season...I skip out on the clarityn and such. Fever, I usually just sleep it off...
But, from time to time I get these headaches... Not a typical headache...but so bad that I have to go lie down and just watch TV until I doze off..
In those rare cases, I break away from my norm, and take excedrin migraine.
Took 2 yesterday evening at 4:30...and went to bed..
Woke at 6:30 or 7...headache was gone.

The rare times that I do take something, it's usually along that line.
