Today was by far the best day I have had in almost a week. I accomplished cleaning up the house. (more straightening than cleaning. That's why I pay the cleaning lady! lol!) I walked about a mile stretch of the beautiful coastline the SC has to offer, ate a little bit more than yesterday, and as previously stated, I wore REAL clothes.

I am calling this a "Good day". I can't expect miracles. Baby steps. But by the Grace of God, I was able to push through the thoughts and doubts that I had yesterday. In turn, I had a wonderful day. I have taken all my meds for the night, and I think I will sleep very well tonight. When I can home, I was worn out. Not because of WD, or DTs, but simply because we walked for a long time.

I am currently feeling a bit anxious, and like my legs are running a race that I wasn't invited to. Other than that, I can't complain. Every thing thus far was expected as the outcome. I nearly failed. Thanks to y'all, and my everlasting loving wife, I made it through. Over the hump. Hope that's the case, pray that's the case. Thats all we can do,

Thanks y'all, and have a splendid evening. You are my friends at this point, And that says a lot.
