Hi all,

I'm trying to keep up a 20 min/day meditation practice, and it's very tough, because I constantly nod off.

If anyone else has experience with this, would you be willing to share--particularly if you found something that helped?

I thought I'd halve my AM dose, meditate, then take the second half (my psychiatrist ok'd this), but even that ... meditating without is difficult, because I'm so used to the chemical that my mind doesn't behave well without, which is a little scary in its own right.

So, ja. Something I'm struggling with.

How much suboxone are you on? If you're nodding off, you could be on too much, just a thought. I know this thread is a little old, hoping you've figured out something by now.
