With a yr. history of 12 mg Sub- will inserting 5 days only at 32 mg(no good reason) -- establish anything bad,

Or can one just go back to 12 with no problem. It still feels bad and anx. 5 days later. Waiting and dread is real.

Worried now.

what is your reason for going from 12mg to 32? Just to get high? Honestly if that's you're only reason, don't do it...there's absolutely no benefit to taking a dose that high...that's far above the ceiling level. 12 mg is even too high...you can easily maintain on 2mg or less with no adverse effects. If you want to get high on sub, you're better off dropping your daily dose to 1-2mg, then bumping up to 2 or 3mg for a few days. Or use short acting full agonists for a few days. It's honestly just a complete waste to take 32mg of sub.
