I use 2ng of suboxone for chronic headaches and migraines. Today the suboxone has not helped the headaches. If I take an oxy and still continue my subs tomorrow will I be sick?

Honestly, I am surprised you take suboxone for headaches. Headaches are one of the main side effects from this medicine. To answer your question though, one day of oxy use shouldn't effect your regular sub dose the following day. You will still have enough sub in your system because it's half life.

I agree with Tinydancer! Not to mention that sub is so strong, that the oxy isn't strong enough to boot
ALL of the sub off of your receptors, causing precipitated withdrawal, once you start sub again.
You'll be fine. I would continure with the sub after the oxy. Have you actually tried excedrin migraine
and Tylenol, ibuprofen, etc...? I have found these to be EXCELLENT pain relievers in between doses of sub.
Hope this helps....Good Luck to you and let us know what you decide and how it all worked out! Take Care~
