Does anyone happen to know how helpful Boswellia and/or 5-HTP Mood Enhancer (100 MG) will be in easing withdrawal from Sub?

I am weaning down (see other posts) from 1 mg of Sub per day (been taking Sub for almost 5 years--3.5 of which have been taking 1 mg p/day using 100 mg of Tramadol per my Sub doctor's directive. (You can see other post for debate on pros and cons of Tramadol...point here is not that.) Within 2 weeks I plan to be off BOTH Sub and Tramadol

I was going to call my doctor today and ask him about whether he should prescribe Clonodine and/or Klonopin--or something to help with anxiety, muscle aches etc.

But I would rather use as much natural stuff as I can. My sister, who is a pharmacist, highly recommends Boswellia for muscle aches. Not sure about 5-HTP. It's supposed to raise serotonin levels. But is that what I need?

Help would be most appreciated with this!

Thanks. :)
