I've been stuck on 1.5 mg for 2 months now, so when I went to his office yesterday I asked him if he could help me a little, he did, he only made the script out for 14 pills this month... I,m going down to 1mg a day like it or not...He said his secret is to dose 3 times a day... Be real careful what you ask for, Mike

Hi sullimi/mike -
1.5 down to 1 mg after a couple of months sounds pretty doable. Just remember if you start feeling some discomfort to keep busy. Try exercising and stay distracted. Think of it this way - your doctor has faith in you! :)

YOU CAN DO THIS! Good luck and let us know how you're feeling.

Thanks HM. The help I was asking him for was some sleep meds... I was going to try to go down ( taper ) to 1mg by myself anyway...He has always been such a pill nazi.. My brain is entering territory it hasent seen in 5 yrs.. When I told him I was going to have sleep issues he told me to take my sub 1 hr before bed, he has me on wellbutrin also, but it took 4 months for that help, he is such a tight ass on meds, I will be staying very busy, mike
