Called my Dr. today and told him I was very very drained, just didnt have the engery to get out of bed after 7 days off the subs. I have Phenobarb, Methocarbbam, Clonidine and Vistaril to help with the withdraws, which is working pretty good so far. The Dr. prescribed me NUVIGIL to help give me some daytime engery, but $500.00 for 30 pills is alot just to be able to get up out of bed. I was able to get this script for free because my Pharmacist had some coupon for the first script free.....

Does this stuff work during detoxing?

Thanks!

Hey Tonypaul,

Considering no one has answered this post of yours I'd say that this is a new one for us to hear. Nuvigil is a somewhat new drug isn't it? I think it's the one they advertise on TV for night shift workers to better adjust in the daytime. I'm just guessing here, all I did was Google it and that is what I came up with. And with that cost it has to be a new med or you'd get a generic version.

So I guess you are the one to tell us if it works. I can't give an opinion on something I don't know anything about. Sorry dude.

May I assume it doesn't work very well?
