Is anyone's circadian cycle backwards where your exhausted during daylight hours but during night your energy kicks in?
It's gotten worse the longer I've used suboxone but whether it's the cause, who knows?
Anyone else experiencing these shifts?

When I was actively using I often slept during the day and was awake all night. It was such a bad habit to get into! When I got onto sub, it still took over a year for me to get back to a normal rhythm. I had to work at it. I don't know if most other addicts are like this too or not.

I think I'll try melatonin and see if that helps.

A friend of mine has had some good success with it. She has also tried Z-Quil, which is over the counter, but obviously not natural like melatonin.

Exhausted during the day are you Mr. Rob? Well I don't know if Melatonin works good for seniors, haven't heard it does not, but I KNOW it works good for children with ADD as my cousin has to take it to wind down at night, EVERY NIGHT. Something you could give a try every now and again but I wouldn't recommend taking every night. Good ol Benadryl, or Diphenhydramine HCI,25 mg. Walmart makes an equate brand called Allergy Relief. This medication will make you sleepy rather quickly but it can also make you a bit dehydrated so make sure you drink plenty of water when you use this and other times too as I have found out Suboxone seems to dry me out. I drink a lot of water to compensate and would be a good idea for those taking Suboxone to get plenty of water every day. It just makes you feel better all around if you do. Also if you are interested in a supplement to take during the day to give you some energy, try Boku Super fuel. It is a chocolate drink mix that you can buy by going to bokusuperfoods.com or call 1 877 BOKU FOOD, or 1 800 2658 3663. I hope this was some help to you. Good luck, and get you some rest.
