I don't know where else to put this message but here goes.

To all my friends on this wonderful forum: HAVE A WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING.

What ever your situation is, don't give up. Think positive and do your best. That's what I am going to do.

Remember, things can & will get better. A special heartfelt hug to all of you that have helped me. I am taking my subs right. I continue to keep my counselng appointments. I am taking my antidepressants and I am sleeping and my mood is much better. I put on music today for the first time in a long time. I played it loud and long. I think I am on the right track now and some of you had a lot to do with it. Take care of yourselves and don't be discouraged. Keep fighting!!!!

LOVE & HOPE, Queenie

Rock On Queenie!

Without my rock music I don't think I would have made it past the first several days of my detox. Loud and proud is how I like my music. Good music will energize me, re-focus me and it keeps me sane.

Happy turkey day to you too!!!
