Wow, it seems like a lifetime ago that I started this thread. I recently finished a 4 month stint at an inpatient rehab. During my time there my plan was sub maintenance however, I decided to see how I felt off everything after being on sub for two and a half months while there. I jumped off, and have been off everything including subs for over a month now. I feel great! The sub certainly helped while I was making the transition and I will not hesitate to get back on if my cravings become too intense. Also working a program now which is helping as well. I NEVER thought I'd get to this point!
