I am on day 8 of being off subs and the only issues i am having is a odd sensation in my upper back. Sometimes its a burning feeling, sometimes it feels like my skin is crawling, when i have this feeling i have to keep a foot moving at all times. I dont feel this anywhere else in my body except for my upper back. I just really cant stand it. Its really bad when i try to sleep. Can anything be done about this? Im not sure if its anxiety because i have never had it before and i dont think it is rls.

Hey pola,

Welcome to the forum!!

It's hard to tell what you're suffering from, but it does sound like it's along the lines of RLS. Usually RLS presents in the legs, but I've had it in my arms too. Could your back be getting it? Hard to say. In my experience, RLS from Suboxone wd was fairly short lived, a week or two.

With you being off of Suboxone now, it could be an old injury or issue making itself known too. If it gets worse over the next few days, I'd go to a doctor and get checked out.

Good luck.
