Hey bup,

Hope you dont mind, but I moved your thread to the appropriate section of the forum for your topic. The original forum you posted in is usually reserved for our Dr. Junig to make comments or post topics.

I don't have many pain issues, but when I do have back pain from an old injury, I find ibuprofen or aleve to be great otc choices for me. Many people who take sub for pain issues also find that its pain relieving properties work best when they split their dise up and take it every 6 hours or so. Hope that helps and glad you like the forum. Vent away!
